^POWERFLEX® Dragon tapping machine

The electric tapping machine, Roscamat Dragon can be compared to the Roscamat Tiger, only the Dragon has an unbeatable working radius. With the Roscamat Dragon, you can hold and cut threads from M2 to M27 in steel in a radius of over 2.20 m and at any angle. The Roscamat Dragon tapping machine is characterized in particular by its long reach, so that you can easily process large laser-cut sheets, for example.
The machine consists of a radial that supports both articulated arms and can be adjusted using the control handwheels to position them as required by the operator. The multi-position head is a double swivel joint device that allows both swivel pins to be locked and unlocked to position and lock the head to work in any spatial position.
The speed is controlled by a circuit board in the "control box housing".

Automatic lubrication can be set using the buttons above the "radial arm". You can therefore adapt the speed to any type of thread. The head element and the electric motor are located at the end of the tilting arm and adapt so that they always move at a 90° angle in relation to their working range. You can also easily operate the machine as a left-handed operator.
Equipped with a single-phase 220 V high-frequency motor with 750 watts and 50/60 Hz, you can customize the modular system, which consists of a series of 7 quick-change modules (reduction gears). This provides you with output speeds that allow you to adjust the speed individually. You can use the device wherever there is a power socket.
The very compact and space-saving machine can be attached to almost any workstation using a clamping system, or alternatively attached to the Siegmund welding and clamping table systems using an adapter plate.
